Jacksonville, Florida: Outdoor Walk-Thru Horrified Head (Gone)
The head is full color, on its side with mouth entrance, and is disturbingly lifelike with detailed teeth and tongue and big, staring eyes. Formerly the gateway to a human body exhibit at a science museum. Moved here in Feb. 2016, removed in July 2023.

The mouth on the 18-ft. long head served as the entryway to "The Body Within" exhibit at Jacksonville's Museum of Science and History since 2009. It's had a second life as a gaping piece of public outdoor art since 2016.
