Huntingburg, Indiana: A League of Their Own: Movie Ballpark
See the ballpark where Tom Hanks acted drunk and surly and Madonna shagged flies in center field. It still looks like it did in the movie. Big signs visible from the parking lot announce its movie fame.

Stadium built in 1894, and used as home field for the Rockford Peaches in the movie, "A League of Their Own" with Tom Hanks and Madonna. Retro artwork from the film still decorates the ballpark. From June-August it's home to the Dubois County Bombers collegiate baseball team. This is a fun place to visit during a Spring Break road trip. There is a gift shop (open June-August). I plan to catch a Bombers game or two this summer.
