Massive, brightly colored mosaic-covered sculptures by local artist Oscar Alvarado of the ahinga bird and blue panther. Both were part of a legend of the Payaya Indians, Yanaguna was a spirit who lived in the headwaters of the San Antonio River and took the form of a blue panther. The native anhinga bird would dive into the water to receive sustenance from Yanaguana.
