The Haunted House is one of the flagship attractions at Trimper's rides and amusements. It was built by one of the pioneers of dark rides, Bill Tracy, in 1964, and was expanded in 1988 when the defunct Ocean Playland amusement park closed down.
The ride features original Bill Tracy stunts, and some more modern stunts as well. The front of the building itself is an amazing photo op, with one of Bill Tracy's original bats, and the ride is definitely something of historical interest in town.
Around the corner from the Haunted House is one of the two remaining Bill Tracy walk-through attractions, Pirates' Cove, with an equally good front for photos, and an amazing experience inside.
