Dark Shadows Collinswood Mansion

Collinswood is the Dark Shadows home of vampire Barnabas Collins from the TV soap opera. This is the building used for the exterior shots. It used to be a college dorm; now it is in private hands. Presently the movie "The Discover" with Robert Redford is being filmed there. This must be the ideal movie haunted house.

[Bill LaCivita, 04/21/2016]

The entire property is surrounded by a high hedge, but there's one little spot where you can lean through and enjoy a sweeping panorama of Collinswood's exterior.
