Cute and whimsical. Very small, but has plenty of free parking spots at the entrance. Park rules say "No Pets," so I wasn't able to visit. It appears to be more of a gathering area for events with plenty of concrete and a large gazebo. I saw a fenced playground in the back, but due to my brief time there, I was unable to determine if it was part of the park or the building next door.

Playgarden Park is a small city park located in downtown Fulton. Constructed in 2009, it has a splash area, a gazebo, a play area, and a lot of cute smiling sculptures designed by artist Tom Otterness. Like most of his other sculptures, these appear to be made of brass or bronze and are very whimsical. They are an assortment of pennies and what appears to be a female birdhouse. They are in various poses, sometimes alone, sometimes in groups of two.
