On the opposite side of The D Hotel & Casino from Fremont Street, near the drive-up check-in. This little guy continues his tinkle 24 hours/7 days a week. I told my adult kids if they washed their hands in his stream they'd have good luck gambling. Can't imagine why they didn't believe me!
