Went to visit this location and found that the tree has been cut down and all but a handful of the shoes are gone. If the shoes have been moved to a different tree, I was unable to locate it.

A shoe tree is in the works on Cline Road, between the little town of Tumalo and the Eagle Crest Resort. It's on the east side of the road.
