- From southbound Hwy 6, make first right after you cross under I-69. This takes you into a weird outdoor mall that is also home to Sugar Land's city hall. Park and continue on foot. You'll see the city hall on the left; the Selfie Statue is in the plaza in front of it, on its left side.
