St. Paul, Minnesota: Giant Braille Book (Gone)

A large, permanent monument looked like an open, braille book. You'd need fingers the size of bolster pillows to read it.

Directions:
Southwest edge of downtown. It's slightly off the street in a small garden on the north side of W. 6th St., across from the Roy Wilkins Auditorium. There are stairs next to the Northland Insurance building to its right (east) and an open pay parking lot to its left (west). Go up the stairs and to the left.
