This is now a larger display, with maybe 10-15 pieces. "Victory" is by far the largest, a metal horse sculpture visible from the freeway. The owner of the land was there when I visited and shared some of the history of the different works and the artists.
Easy to access from the freeway exit, Geyserville Avenue from US-101. East side of the highway. Watch for the white fence. Free admission.

There's a multi-year outdoor sculpture exhibition along Hwy. 101 that runs from Geyserville to Cloverdale (maps available at 101sculpturetrail.com). It's impossible to keep up with the many swaps of individual pieces over time (they change every 12 months). But we'll occasionally map a few unusual or funny ones and hope the organizers come to their senses about how quirky landmarks should stay put.
"Barrel Man and Bottle" is a vineyard-region appropriate sculpture by artist Victor Trentadue. Composed of wine barrel bands and parts, Barrel Man towers in a field on the northbound side of 101 just south of Geyserville.
There's another Trentadue Barrel Man standing on the north end of town on Canyon Road.
