Lincoln, New Hampshire: Mural: Ike's 1955 Visit
President Eisenhower gave a speech outside Lincoln High School in 1955. In 1960 the town opened a new post office with an interior mural of Ike on his red, white, and blue-bedecked platform, painted by Robert Hughes. The mural was moved to the museum at Clark's Bears in 2021.

The two murals that once hung in the Lincoln Post Office have since been relocated to the Clark's Trading Post Museum. This move was necessitated due to the PO's expansion, and the museum was willing to take them for display. All that hangs now in the post office are two small replicas.
