Johnny "King of Late Night" Carson was born Oct. 23, 1925. His dilapidated birthplace was bought for a mere $17,000 in 2005, then retro-restored to its 1920s appearance and opened as an attraction in 2014. A TV set in the living plays a loop of Johnny on The Tonight Show. The only item in the house actually touched by Johnny is a signed copy of his book, "Happiness is a Dry Martini."
