Gulfport, Florida: Beach Tomb of Morris the Cat

For 15 years Morris was the unofficial animal of Gulfport. His favorite spot was the city's beachfront casino, and when he died in 1985 his ashes were entombed in a custom-made mini-mausoleum that stands between the casino and the beach. It's topped with a full-color metal likeness of Morris.
