Walk through, or around, the USS Cavilla, which sank a Japanese aircraft carrier in 1944, became an attraction in 1971, was slated to be scrapped in 1998, and restored in 2012.

USS Cavilla. I-45 exit 1C. Turn left onto Hwy 275/Teichman Rd. Drive about three miles. Turn left onto Pelican Island Causeway. Drive 4.5 miles until the road ends at Seawolf Park.
Daily 9-5 (Call to verify) Local health policies may affect hours and access.
Adults $5 plus $6 parking.
