Old Sled Works

An antique store located in a huge sled factory. There is also a working 1950's soda fountain. The owner of Old Sled Works also collects vintage arcade games. He keeps them all in perfect working order. They are ALL available for play.

The building includes a small Sled Museum, and a 110 ft. tall fire lookout tower that visitors can climb.

Jimmy's Old Time Penny Arcade and Soda Fountain

At Jimmy's, inside the Old Sled Works Antique & Craft Market, we have over 50 classic electro-mechanical games from the 1920's-1970's that used to be common at seaside resorts, amusement parks, boardwalk playlands and other goofy roadside attractions. You'll find vintage cranes, pinballs, shooting galleries, bowlers, movie machines, postcard vendors, etc. Some are even from famous locations like Coney Island and Palisades Park.

Alongside the games is a colorful soda fountain crammed with authentic equipment and advertising. This 1950s fountain was the last operating drugstore counter in Harrisburg, PA. From Bennett's Rexall Pharmacy, it was moved in 1994 to the Old Sled Works where it comes alive most weekends. Menu selections include tasty Pork or Beef BBQ's and the best milkshakes and floats prepared using vintage equipment. You can even sit in our 1953 Airstream trailer and watch the 3 Stooges on a vintage TV.
