The rocket is a wind direction indicator at the Bigg B Truck Stop and Restaurant in Sprague. In 2021 the restaurant is a Subway shop.

It's an old children's play area where kids could play while their parents ate at the family restaurant that is still open as of 2017. Keeping up with the times, there is also a marijuana shop on the premises....
