You can get to see the hospital from across the river the way described here, but in order to actually get to the hospital itself, you have to float to it from the Cedar Grove boat slip.

Doctor Diehl bought Welch Spring in 1913 and built a hospital on the site. The doctor believed in the healing properties of fresh air and clean water. Unfortunately the site was hard to get to in the early 1900s, and the hospital fell into disrepair. Its entrances have been barred.
