Muffler Man - Big White Guy

Unfortunately, Mr. Plantation Man is no longer at this address. Did extensive research online and could not find his new location.

Muffler Man - Big White Guy

Visited the Big White Guy statue on 2/19/2016, and it was behind the strip mall. Not sure if it's a temporary move or they're planning a relocation.

All White Muffler Man - Chicopee

This hybrid Muffler Man is no longer standing at this location. No word on where he went, or if he was destroyed.

[Steve M, 09/12/2015]

The motel that owned this Muffler Man was sold at auction in late 2013, so we're not surprised that he's gone -- we just hope that he pops up soon, somewhere.

Top-Hatted Mutant Muffler Man

In a former life, this statue was the Uncle Sam that stood in front of Mutual Ford in Springfield, MA, until 1999. Now painted completely white, with a softish-Muffler Man head and top hat. He appears to be a mix of liquor branding gentility: the top-hatted Johnny Walker with the white-suited Jack Daniels. The catchphrase of The Plantation Inn is "Southern hospitality in New England." The Big White Guy appears to serve as a visual marker for the C-5As that lumber continuously overhead, landing at a nearby Air Force base.

The big guy identified in an earlier tip.

This is a puzzling mixture of "Service Station Man" arm positioning, and an ersatz M-Man head with overly defined eyes, nose and lips...
