A giraffe with a big smile on its face bursts through the roof of Grand Dental in Aurora. I guess the giraffe is showing off its pearly whites because it didn't have any cavities, although it probably has a horrible headache after bashing its noggin through the ceiling. The nice receptionist at Grand Dental told me that it was custom made and went up in August, 2016.
