Cat was there looking cute, but no ball of yarn.

The ball of yarn that the eight-foot-tall Tabby is holding is a "Kitty-bank" donation spot for the local Humane Society, where it sits. The yarn ball has a slot for sliding donations into it on the front, and is locked on the back. The paint job seems to be updated.
