Fountain Hills, Arizona: The Presidents Circle
It's a slowly growing collection of outdoor bronze statues of American Presidents. Currently there are six, ranging from Washington to Reagan. Not yet in a circle.

- In Fountain Park, on the east side of N. Saguaro Blvd just north of its intersection with E. El Lago Blvd. Look for the flagpole. There's a parking lot just south of the statues.

This is apparently called Fount Rushmore. It contains statues of the four presidents featured on Mount Rushmore (George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Teddy Roosevelt), with added bonus statues of Franklin Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. A large bronze plaque featuring the Bill of Rights is also present. It's a really nicely done city art project.
