Visited this yesterday. Per the plaque at the site, the explosion killed 576, injured 5,000+, and destroyed $67M in property. The anchor was found buried 1/2 mile from the scene of the explosion. When the Grandcamp went off, it also caused two additional ships to catch fire and eventually explode.
