Kenosha, Wisconsin: The Bowfin Ruin
It resembles the ruined tower of a medieval castle, but it's actually a piece of conceptual art built in 1991. No one knows what it means. Its creator, Terese Agnew, abandoned outdoor sculpture and now makes quilts.
