An unusual trio, none of whom ever lived in Mount Pleasant. It was painted in 2016 on the exterior of a burrito restaurant by Portuguese artist "Odeith." The mural was quickly threatened when local politicians declared it was a sign, not art, and had to be painted over. Other politicians rallied to its defense. The town finally decided that the mural was indeed art, and could stay, in June 2017.
