Beatles Mural

This is no longer here. The owners sold and someone else painted over it. There is now a metal cut-out that is not nearly as great!

[Krissie, 07/22/2021]

The mural was painted in the mid-1990s, and was painted over in May 2018.

Beatles Abbey Road Mural

A life-size painting of the Beatles walking across Abbey Road can be found on the side of an empty building in downtown Chico. It is in danger of being painted over soon, according to some rumors. So make sure to see it before it goes. It's a great place to take a picture of you walking with the Beatles!

Painted by local muralist Gregg Payne in the mid-1990s.
