It's 4.4 miles off the main road and it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The road is barely wide enough for two cars. And some of the turns are posted as slow as 5 mph. The parking area is actually someone's driveway. We took our minivan up. I wouldn't consider anything larger than that to check it out.
[Jim Bertram, 06/20/2019]It's cool, but really off the path. Glad I made it back. If you're traveling in an RV bigger then 20 ft. long, don't go up! I went up in a 30 ft. -- big mistake. There's nowhere to pull off or turn around. I had to go further up to only find a switchback that I could not make, so found driveway to do a 15-point turn to get out. Talk about hairy. Take a car to see.
