Sculpted out of countless tons of cement in 2009 by artist Carlos Cortes. It has fake stalagmites and stalactites, real waterfalls, and several large, unsettling, open-mouthed heads.

- At the north end of the downtown Riverwalk. The Grotto is on the west bank, at the intersection of Newell Ave. and Camden St. You can park on the east side, walk across the bridges on either street, and take stairs down to the Grotto.
