These clocks celebrated their 100th birthday last year and they gave out free post cards of the clocks. They are so amazing and intricate in person. They stand only a few inches from the ceiling. It was a fun, amazing stop after taking the Julius Sturgis Pretzel tour (also R. A.).

Inside the Lititz Historical Foundation Museum is a clock made of 50,000 individual pieces of wood. Completed in 1921 by resident Rudolph Carpenter, it took about a year to make. It was featured in a 1921 issue of Popular Mechanics. In the same museum is a second "smaller" clock made by the same person of 30,000 pieces of wood.
