Large plaza on a hill with nice views of Boston and Logan Airport (if you like watching airplanes). Always quiet and is great for quiet reflection. Catholics and art fans will appreciate the mosaic "Stations of the Cross" spread out around the plaza. Downstairs is a Catholic gift shop and a chapel where mass is said daily in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Several small coves for prayer are dedicated to saints.
Across the street is a small area to light candles that remain lit 24/7. Purchase candles in gift shop. An offering box is available as well if you so choose. Feel free to re-light any candles that have gone out. The plaza is nicely decorated during the Christmas season including a near life-sized nativity scene.
Note: The plaza is locked overnight.
