Harold Sims shares his private collection of antique and ancient cat items. He is known as Catman in the area because he has a (no kill) cat shelter nearby that is a house just for cats. He loves leading visitors through his interesting variety of cat items. Very educational and fun.

I opened The American Museum of the House along US Highway 441 just south of Dillsboro. It is America's second cat museum. The museum is operated to benefit Catman2 Inc., a non-profit, cats only, no kill shelter, adoption center, and sanctuary.
