Full of unique items. While they had a lot for the grownups to take in, they also had some cat items for the kids to interact with which really kept them engaged. Glad we had someone to show us around and give us the backstories to some of the items. Our visit was PURRfect!

Great museum in part of an old school that is now an antiques mall. Two large rooms at the end are the Cat Museum. The owner is an 83-year-old retired biology teacher who gives personal tours. He has all kinds of cat art, figurines, cat carnival games and merry go round items, even a medieval mummified feline. He is enthusiastic, and all proceeds from the museum go to his humane cat rescue.

Enter and pay at the antique business attached to the building. Harold gave us the full tour and it was amazing. He's been collecting cat items for over 30 years. Highly recommend for all the cat lovers out there. Admission to the museum goes toward running Harold's cat sanctuary.

Lots and lots and lots of cat stuff - from advertising to paintings, stuffed to glass, toys to collectibles, even a mummified cat and a petrified cat (found in the chimney when a building from the 1500s was torn down). Had a personalized tour led by Harold (museum director and collector). I could probably pick an item anywhere in there and he could tell the history of either that specific piece or the type of piece. Very enjoyable stop.
