Lincoln, Illinois: The Mill: Route 66 Museum
Windmill restaurant first opened on July 25, 1929. Reopened as museum on April 29, 2017. Relics include hand-built robots from a local gas station, and the human leg prop that was a favorite of the Mill's long-time customers. Or just admire the stubby windmill from outside.
