Very nice state park with lots of parking. Getting there can be confusing. Be sure to have your map app going and pay attention. We were in Louisville, KY, and it's just on the Indiana side.

A common misconception about Lewis and Clark is that their expedition departed from St. Louis. However, the Falls of the Ohio in Clarksville is the first departure point after they recruited the "Nine Young Men from Kentucky" that formed the core members of the Corps of Discovery.
