Dr. Samuel Bean erected this tombstone to his two wives, who died within a few months of each other in 1866. The original marble tombstone eroded away, but was so popular that an exact granite copy took its place in 1982. It's known as "the most curious tombstone in Canada." The puzzle has been solved, infrequently, over the years.
