No signs or flag pole directing you to the location of the memorial on grass field. Just look for V Shaped Walls. Road access was blocked off on two ends by barrier gate and only accessible by foot, bicycle and motorcycle. No sidewalk and square curb along street. making it challenging for handicapped.
The memorial is not complete yet. Memorials for the Revolutionary War, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom have not been erected yet. No water fountain or benches yet. Two porta-johns are located across the roadway.
