Fans of the 1994 film Forrest Gump make it a point to pose next to this home-made sign marking the location where he ended his cross-country jog.

- The sign is on the northbound side of US Hwy 163, eight miles south of Mexican Hat, or 13 miles north of the Arizona-Utah state line. There are pulloffs on both sides of the highway.

The Forrest Gump Sign is starting to split and is wrapped in wire. Still an amazing place to pull off and get a photo. Also probably the best middle of the road photo op, too. Many others use this pull off for this purpose.
