Tractor Parts Grasshopper
Large cricket made from old tractor and implement parts on the side of the road just north of Goodland on Highway 27. It sits in a farmer's field near some grain bins.

Now known as the Goodland Grasshopper, is was built by the late Lloyd Harden (1927-2012) out of discarded tractor parts. After he died, the grasshopper was conserved as an official piece of Kansas folk art, moved several miles south to its current spot, and painted in John Deere green and yellow.
