[Tony, 08/11/2017]

Chief Logan's family was massacred by whites; he in turn massacred settlers. He was later murdered by a nephew. Enough time passed that people felt that Chief Logan deserved some respect. His big head tribute was carved in 2006 by Joe Frohnapfel from a ten-ton red oak tree that fell in a storm.
