[Leeandpaul, 05/09/2022]The Muffler Man now wears an original red shirt and blue pants, not the green shirt that he had before. He wielded an axe recently, but it has been removed. The Thrift Store is no longer there, either, it's now a gym called The Warriors Lodge.

This Muffler Man is now sporting a green shirt with blue jeans and a yellow hard hat. He is near Jackson, CA on 88 and Ridge. He seems shorter than other Muffler Men that we have seen. I wish I could have measured him before I drove off.

[Rick Cowan, 07/06/2002]On the way through this small town to a favorite fishing spot I spotted a muffler man. He's about 25 feet tall and looks kind of like Paul Bunyan. His hands are in the classic tell-tale muffler man position. He has a red shirt and jeans on, but wields nothing with his mighty muffler arms. He also has a bushy brown beard. He is not a particullarily impressive muffler man; nonetheless I was ecstatic that I found one.
