Really not worth seeing. It's not open to the public, and almost every city of any size has them. Looks NOTHING like downtown Baltimore. Great park though!
[Andrew, 07/13/2014]Safety City - a little miniature version of Baltimore used for traffic safety training. It's in the middle of Druid Hill Park ("Drudel Park" in Balmerese). I happened upon it while walking my dogs and it took me by surprise. It's like coming upon some neo-nazi training camp in the middle of the woods.
Public Works Street Sculpture - I don't know if this one is gone or not, but at the mofo zone between the Inner Harbor and Fells Point, there used to be a sculpture that was a 3/4 size traffic intersection but raised to show the pipes and cables that are underneath. On the top were working traffic signals and an asphalt street. Very surreal to run into this in the middle of a parking lot.
Streetcar Museum - A great relic of the past, rattling streetcars running down a short track under the constant hum of the Jones Falls Expressway ("JFX" in Balmerese). Get to it on a rather derelict stretch of Falls Road, a scary experience on its own.
