Tried to visit in December -- unable to find the road. There seemed to be some new ground clearing for construction -- but not drivable. Not sure if it's still there.

I took a spontaneous road trip yesterday and ventured to this amazing land of giggles and thought-provoking art. It's whimsy and folk art combined!
Take a stroll through the woods on the trail to the right of the World's Largest Grit. Make sure you sit in the Time Machine. Be reminded that "You Matter." If you're lucky, you'll get to meet Sam and have a chat with him and hear the stories that inspired his art. If you're luckier, you'll get to meet his wife and see some of her handmade pottery!
It's a great distraction from the insanity of the world right now and a true reminder that the world is our canvas. You'll walk away with a smile on your face and a spring in your step!
