At the first-ever Museum of Motherhood, visitors can wear a pregnancy vest, sit in a birthing chair, or leaf through the Encyclopedia of Motherhood. Displayed are quirky items. from Mom-Rock bands such as Housewives On Prozac and the Mydols, a kitchen and pantry display from the 1800s, and mom-made art. Everything is squeezed into a 700-square-foot bungalow with a garden for kids. Visits by appointment only, so make sure to plan ahead.
