Laura Pope Forester filled her yard and covered her house with folk art from 1943-1973, using everything from wagon wheels to sewing machine parts. Currently being restored. Also in the yard: a Forester statue of Douglas MacArthur.

Home of folk artist Laura Pope Forester, which was a museum from 1943-1973 before again becoming a private residence. While it is currently being refurbished, statues of icons such as Douglas MacArthur and Martha Barry are easily visible from the road. Also visible is the balcony and artistry she created from wagon wheels and sewing machine parts.
