It appears to be owned by the soccer field and fenced off as private property. Guess you can only see it during soccer season.
[Sheila Minogue, 03/27/2023]The field is about one mile west of the address [previously] listed. Use this address to find the field (and ultimately the soccer ball): 5701 NE Soccer Drive, Kansas City, MO. The area is fenced off and the gates to the lot were closed at 11am when I visited. So as stated, as long as they're open.

The soccer field itself is easy to find. The soccer ball is practically hidden in a clump of trees. What is also interesting is a small office shaped like an soccer ball not far from the monument. We love soccer so we had to see it, but we wouldn't be surprised if there's a larger one or someone will make one soon.
