Really, quite a nice sculpture that also acts as a sundial, although it is not set to Daylight Savings Time. And it's huge!

Promoted as the "World's First Human Figure Sundial" and the "Largest Human Figure Sundial in Existence." Sculpted by David Govedare, unveiled June 20, 2009. "Culmination of 15 years of work by volunteers from the Soap Lake Garden Club."
