Anoka, Minnesota: Rum River Stone House
Built by local character Thaddeus Giddings so long ago that no one now knows when. Small, more a gazebo than a house. Restored by the city in 2012.

Rum River Stone House
On a small island on the Rum River, near downtown Anoka, is a small stone hut or "Stone Castle" that is almost 100 years old. It is the only structure remaining from a whimsical rock garden with weeping willows and a cobblestone bridge from the Depression era.
