A hillside of cement walls, turned into a constantly evolving tableau of graffiti. Despite its anything-goes look, people needed to fill out forms before they could spray their art. Scheduled for development demolishing in 2019.

We went and saw anyone and everyone spray-painting. I spoke with an artist selling his work at the Art Park entrance, and it seems as though the "must have permission"/space aspect has been lost. But it is still very cool to look at.
