Plane on a Post

Outside the local VFW in Chester West Virginia, there is a miniature airplane on a post angled toward the sky. Below the plane is a memorial wall with patriotic pictures. Behind it is a waterfall and fountain area that cascades down to a stream. It probably looks impressive when it's in operation. The plane can't be missed.
