Large Mortar and Pestle

There is a concrete mortar and pestle in front of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Illinois.

[Mark Cymerman, 06/03/2018]

The pharmacological monument weighs six tons and was set in place in September 2017. It's supposedly the second largest mortar and pestle in the world, and might have been third if the biggest hadn't been turned into a giant cocktail glass.
